Courses and workshops on artificial intelligence and data, for schools, companies and professionals. Some are free, some are paid: registration is on this page.

Our courses come from the same work as our products: understanding a sector, building the system that serves it, checking that it holds up in real use. That is why they are practical, with live examples, and honest about what artificial intelligence can and cannot do.

Each course has its own sheet: who it is for, how long it takes, where and when, what it costs. Free courses only need a registration; paid courses are settled securely with Revolut at the end of the form.

Students use artificial intelligence every day, but almost nobody has ever seen how it works from the inside. This workshop starts there: from an open language model that can be observed, questioned and pushed into difficulty.

Over two sessions the class discovers what really lies behind a generated answer, why a model gets things wrong with such confidence, how to recognise information that needs checking, and what changes when a system has to be reliable in real work, as in the products we build for companies and cooperatives.

The workshop is free: it is part of Analytiko's commitment to schools in its region. It is run by an Analytiko researcher, in the classroom or online, with exercises that require no programming knowledge.

Programme

  • First session (2 hours): how a language model "thinks"; live experiments; why it makes things up; the impossible-questions game.
  • Second session (2 hours): checking an answer; sources, evidence and uncertainty; a real case from Analytiko's work; what using AI with judgement means.
  • Materials: a handout for students and one for teachers, left with the school.
