Trento, 1 September 2026 – FISIT S.r.l. has changed its name to Analytiko S.r.l. and moved its registered and operating headquarters to Trento. The change aligns the company’s legal identity with its research and development work and with the brand under which it now presents its activities and platforms.
The decision to move to Trento addresses specific industrial requirements. The area provides high-performance network infrastructure, which is essential to the design, testing and long-term operation of software systems and artificial intelligence models built for real-world use. Proximity to the University of Trento and its research ecosystem also encourages exchange with advanced expertise in fields central to Analytiko, from computer science and artificial intelligence to cognitive science and data analysis.
The change of name and headquarters does not affect corporate continuity: contracts, operations and commitments remain with the same legal entity. The name and operational centre are changing, but the company’s responsibilities towards clients, partners and the people who use its systems remain unchanged.
Analytiko is an Italian applied research company. It studies complex problems and builds verifiable, maintainable software platforms and artificial intelligence models for use in real operating environments. Its work includes systems for financial and economic analysis, road transport, cooperatives and verified information, as well as MNEMOS, its research project on artificial memory.
