Trento, 12 September 2026 – FISIT S.r.l. keeps its corporate name and adopts Analytiko as the trademark under which it presents its applied research, software systems and artificial intelligence models. At the same time it opens a local unit in Trento, at Corso Buonarroti 8, which becomes its operational base.
The decision closes a review opened in August, when a change of corporate name had been considered. Keeping the trademark and the corporate name separate leaves legal and administrative continuity untouched — the same company, the same VAT number, the same contractual relationships — and gives the trademark the job that belongs to it: identifying the work and the platforms in the market.
The registered office remains in Teramo, at Via Renato Molinari 2. The Trento unit answers precise industrial needs: high-performance network infrastructure, required to design, test and maintain systems meant for real use, and proximity to the University of Trento and its research ecosystem, which makes it easier to work alongside advanced expertise, from computer science and artificial intelligence to cognitive science and data analysis.
For customers, suppliers and partners nothing changes in substance. Tax documents and contracts are issued in the name of FISIT S.r.l., while Analytiko remains the trademark under which the company presents itself, on the website and on the platforms.
Analytiko is the applied research trademark of FISIT S.r.l. It studies complex problems and builds software platforms and artificial intelligence models that are verifiable, maintainable and designed to operate in real settings. Its work covers systems for financial and economic analysis, road transport, cooperatives and verified information, alongside the MNEMOS research programme on artificial memory.
